Ginjo & Junmai Ginjo

Ginjo is categorically a super premium sake that uses rice polished to at least 60 percent. What differentiates Ginjo from a Junmai Ginjo is the small quantity of distilled alcohol added throughout the sake brewing process. This grade of sake generally produces a great balance of floral aromas and dynamic fruit notes coupled with layers of umami and acidity on the palate.

Koshi no Kanbai Sai Sake. The first new product introduced by Koshi no Kanbai since 1971, Sai takes a different approach from their usual line up. Using Gohyakumangoku and Yamada-Nishiki polished to 55%, and a low-temperature again technique, Koshi no Kanabi succeeds in creating a light understated sake that a newbie can easily enjoy without sacrificing the distinct rice flavor.
