TASTING NOTES
HOW TO ENJOY
PAIRING
Incredibly versatile, goes with most things, like a queen that can hold a conversation with any one of her subjects. Salmon and tuna sashimi is great with it, and soy sauce brings out a ginger-like white peach character of the wine.

SERVING
Having such a delicate structure, this is better served in a classic white wine glass than a flute.
