Smooth and Suave

Dewazakura Brewery Ishimoto Brewery

Bottle 1 - Koshi no Kanbai "Muku"

This is a Jane Austen novel in a bottle. Proper, tactful, and delicate, but has a surprisingly solid, firm sensibility when things hit the fan. Subdued aroma but with a clear, profound flavor with nuanced acidity and a satisfying finish.

Bottle 2 - Dewazakura "Ichiro"

A sake highly-regarded internationally; this sake was awarded Champion Sake at IWC (International Wine Challenge), held annually in London. A fruity sake, but brightly so, this one is never cloyingly sweet. With its gorgeous fruit basket of flavors and dense aromas, it's a chewy, fleshy sake with a long, lasting aftertaste.
