Aroma with a strong, complex presence; floral notes of red poppy, rose petal and violet, with apricot, candy drop, muscat as well. Very light attack followed by sake flavors. In contrast to the exotic aroma, flavors are very straightforward. Clean and fresh, with mineral, pear, rose water palate, with delicate umami undertones and a creamy finish. Get lured in by the aroma, and stay for the strong, clean taste.
