The recommended serving temperature for Yamagata Masamune Inazo is slightly chilled, around 50–55°F (10–13°C). This temperature enhances its aromatic notes of muscat grape and satsuma while highlighting its bright, bubbly character and clean finish.

Masamune brand its characteristic swordlike
sharp flavor and expression. In 2004
Mitobe sake brewery began growing their
owns sake rice in Yamagata, furthering
