This sake, introduced 20 years ago, is the first created under the house's new style, aiming to craft an elegant and harmonious beverage that faithfully expresses the rice variety used. Advanced brewing techniques were employed to preserve the primary aromas, making the sake's origins clear to all. The result is a Junmai Daiginjo that can be appreciated by anyone, even without extensive knowledge, offering a rich explosion of flavors.
