Kaze no Mori Pink Label 507

Kaze no Mori Pink Label 507 is a vivid expression of Yucho Shuzo’s signature style—lively, unfiltered, and brimming with natural effervescence. Brewed with Tsuyuhakaze rice polished to 60%, this sake is bottled right after pressing to preserve its fresh, fizzy character. The result is a bright, juicy profile with hints of white peach, citrus, and soft florals. With each pour, expect a refreshing sparkle and elegant minerality that reflect the pure mountain waters of Nara. A cult favorite among modern sake drinkers.

HOW TO ENJOY

PAIRING

Pair this effervescent sake with fresh dishes like sashimi, carpaccio, or creamy cheeses. Its bright acidity and gentle fizz also complement spicy Asian cuisines, tempura, and citrus-based dressings.

SERVING

Serve well-chilled (around 40–50°F) in a wine glass to enhance its aromatic freshness and light bubbles.

ABOUT THE BREWERY

Yucho Shuzo

Yucho Shuzo, a 300-year-old brewery in Nara—Japan’s sake birthplace—is nestled in the scenic Gose village, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and waterfalls that shape the clean, vibrant character of their sake. They played a key role in reviving the ancient Bodaimoto brewing method, once used at nearby Shoryaku-Ji Temple over 500 years ago. Led by 13th-generation president Chobei Yamamoto, a microbiologist, Yucho developed a proprietary yeast strain and brews exclusively with their own rice and mineral-rich water. Best known for the cult-favorite Kaze no Mori, their sake is bottled right after pressing, preserving its signature effervescence and freshness.
