ABOUT THE BREWERY
Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery
One of Japan’s newest breweries, Kamikawa Taisetsu began their first brewing season in the town of Kamikawa, Hokkaido in 2017. While new breweries in Japan are rare, Kamikawa Taisetsu continues to reinvent the perception of sake with state of the art small production facility aimed to revitalize the town of Kamikawa and bolster the reputation of Hokkaido made sake. Utilizing Hokkaido grown rice and fresh mountain water their sake is as equally ambitious as their dedication to the cultivation and education of all Hokkaido made sake.
