ABOUT THE BREWERY

Ohmine Shuzou resumed operations in 2010 after a 50-year hiatus in Mine City, Yamaguchi, a region rich in natural beauty, including the Akiyoshi Plateau and Shuhodo limestone cave. As a pioneering brewery, Ohmine crafts premium sake using the pure “Benten water” and locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice, creating a signature sweet and rich aroma of white peaches. Since its global debut, Ohmine has gained recognition, being served at Michelin three-star restaurants, top fashion events, and even the World Economic Forum in 2013
