Miyosakae Tenmi Junmai Daiginjo "Taste of Heaven"
Starts with a fruity aroma of melon and pear with an undercurrent of bamboo. Flavors of white grape, pear, honeydew and marshmallow. A gentle acidity ties it in all together.
