DEWAZAKURA ICHIRO

Lovely fruit basket nose of strawberry and cherry with papaya and melon flavors. It regally glides across the palate, slowly and densely. Round and plush with a great balance.

This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki Rice that has been polished to 45%.


HOW TO ENJOY

PAIRING

Works well with salty and savory dishes that are a little fatty. Pate, shrimp, sea urchin, crabs, french fries, and potato chips.

Chilled or a little chilled, do not over-chill; best enjoyed close to room temperature, in a wine glass or regular cup.
