Complex nose of plum, berry, melon, sweet rice, and honey. Superb body, a comforting weight on the tongue, flavors of dense minerals, plum, melon, ripened pear, white raisin, and fruit compote. Wonderful to sip slowly, treat it like the queen it is! Expansive and fleshy, but never flabby.

This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki Rice that has been polished to 35%.
HOW TO ENJOY
Holds its own against hefty dishes like roast beef, steak, cheese plates, pates, game meats.
