ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Arugano Branca Brilhante Sparkling Wine
TA queenly presence amongst the group of five Koshu wines they produce, the stately Brilhante is a complex, dry, sparkling wine that has been served at 2016 G7 Ise-Shima Summit and mentioned in "Drops of God" (a Japanese manga series about the son of a wine critic who must identify 12 wines in order to claim an inheritance) as the best sparkling wine to pair with Japanese food. It's showered with TLC, given all that it needs to grow to its haloed Queen Bey-like existence. Made using the champagne-method, it remains on its lees for two years and another three years in the cellar, and emerges with all the essence of the freshness and delicacy of the Koshu grapes. It is the summit of Koshu grape's potential and Katsunuma Winery's passion and craftsmanship.
