ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
KURAMBON KOSHU WINE
A steely white with pure, green, herby scents lending a fruity vividness with notes of apple, pear, and quince; lots of aromatic complexity and integrity. Scents of lemon, yuzu, lime, grapefruit and fresh plums—an incredible freshness that swipes away any cobwebs of unpleasantness, whether it be a worldwide pandemic or a bad day at the office.
It has a long finish that is energetic, warm, and driving to the end, with a vivid green apple note, pleasant bitterness, and a satisfying salinity.

SERVING

Kurambon was founded in 1913. It prides itself in their close relationships with local grape farms. They put emphasis on wines made with Koshu grapes, a grape varietal that goes back a 1000 years. Instead of wines mechanically made, their aim is to create more natural wines where the grapes' transformation to wine is gently aided by wine makers.
