Born to be served with miso, soy sauce and wasabi, this wine is a dream partner to Japanese food. Also goes well with fresh water fish like trout, salted and grilled, sushi, steamed shellfish, vegetable tempura, fresh, piping hot croquettes with salt and a squeeze of lemon. I'm not drooling, you are!
