ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Arugano Bosque White Wine
The Koshu grapes used in this bottle were always made with careful yearly discussions with the growers at a vineyard in Misakacho, but since 2014, they also began blending grapes of the younger vines from the Isehara vineyard, making this the casual, younger half sister to the fancier Aruga Branca Issehara. Since 2017, they've made adjustments due to EU regulations, cutting down the alcohol 1% lower to 11%. This, rather than flatlining the overall flavor, results in a heartier wine with more aroma, an added facet of lovely, delicate acidity, and more fresh fruitiness. The Arugano Bosque White Wine is aromatic with a perfect balance of gentle acidity and sweetness.
