This sake is made from Tohoku rice that has been polished to 60%.
HOW TO ENJOY
Matches well with dishes that highlight its fresh ingredients. Miso-based dips, lean meats, chicken tenderloin, white fish, and shellfish.

Okunomatsu Sake Brewery was founded at the beginning of the Edo period (1603–1868). They began as rapeseed oil merchants and by 1716, they were also producing miso, soy sauce, and of course, sake.
